Family Services Director – London, ON

As a Family Services Director, you will develop customer relationships to pre-arrange funerals and related cemetery products and services. Our Memorial Garden is located in London, Ontario which is proudly known as The Forest City. London is a hub for higher education, medical research, technology, and manufacturing and is rich in heritage, arts, cultural spaces, and natural beauty. We have served the greater London area since 1947, and provide a full range of end of life services through an onsite Funeral Home and Crematorium situated on 55 developed acres of parkland.

As a Family Services Director, you will be providing exceptional service in funeral and cemetery pre-arrangements to a growing client base in the greater London area.

What you bring to the role:

  • Passion for customer care demonstrated in previous professional experiences.
  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • High comfort level presenting, hosting live events, and conducting community outreach and other proactive communication to target audiences.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer success is an asset. 
  • Commitment to fulfilling all licensing requirements and consistently meeting and exceeding quota goals.
