What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers.
  • Appliance installation, maintenance and repairs for residential customers.
  • General and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential users.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.      
  • Adhere to all safety rules.
  • Explain the benefits of newer high efficient equipment to the customer.
  • Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
  • Promote our products and services on every call.
  • Wear company provided uniform.
  • Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
  • Will be required to to progress through all classifications of this position.

What do you bring?

  • A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with us
  • Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • HVAC Gas 2 certification 
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention certificate (ODP).
  • At least a Class G Driver’s License.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
  • Experience with generating HVAC leads and enrolling customers in new service plans is an asset.
