Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing underground conduit, meter base, overhead mast
• Pulling wire (power & low voltage), terminating devices, installing lighting
• Installing electrical panels, terminating breakers
• Audio/video wiring, wire management, and terminating
• Install EMT conduit, pull wire, terminate, distribution
• Pull armored cable, install device box and terminate wiring
• Have a solid understanding of the electrical code and circuitry

Qualifications:

• Journeyman electrical certificate (asset)
• Minimum 2nd year apprenticeship complete
• Residential experience (new construction & renovations) and proficient in a commercial environment
• Superior level of customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively on all fronts (text, email, phone)
• Exposure or interest in low voltage wiring - A/V and smart home systems experience is an asset.
• Valid AB driver’s license & clean driving record
