We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our Truro, NS location.
The Branch Administrator performs a full range of administrative support duties.
Responsibilities:
- Greet & direct customers as they enter store
- Payroll, safety, answering phones
- Help maintain professional retail showroom
- General administrative support for branch
- Reconciling daily cash
- Preparing bank deposits
- Posting payments
- Posting AP vendor invoices
- Other admin tasks as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Solid clerical expertise
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
