We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Manager (Temporary) at our Sydney, NS location.
Please note this is a temporary full-time position covering a leave of absence. For the right candidate there is the possibility for full time employment.
Purpose:
Supports the Regional Manager in providing leadership in managing human, physical, and financial resources for the location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues
- Ensure that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments
- Continuously improve store culture
- Maintain consistency across all departments within the organization
- Ensure the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events
- Oversee maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and property for the location
- Represent the company for the sale of machinery to key customers as needed
- Monitor company CRM tool
- Ensure proper follow up with customers before and after the sale
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in equipment dealer operations, business systems, and sales support tools preferred
- Management experience an asset
- Ability to develop and motivate others through coaching
- Good understanding of financial principles relative to Sales Department operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Valid Ddiver's license
