Procurement Assistant

Key Duties:

  • Support the acquisition of goods and services by creating and processing purchase orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress and address any issues related to deliveries or product quality.
  • Perform market research to find potential suppliers and assess product options.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities and financial expenditures.
  • Maintain precise and well-organized records of procurement transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
