Position Summary
Provide quality bar service for the Cliffside Restaurant as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and other staff with the day-to-day responsibilities of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full bar service for all areas of the resort.
- Maintain accurate inventory control of alcohol, beverage and sundry items.
- Monitor guests dining experiences to ensure member and guest needs and expectations are being fulfilled.
- Provide assistance with banquet set-up, service and breakdown.
- Ensure consistent quality and delivery of products/services to all members and guests.
- Maintain bar area in a clean and presentable condition.
- Ensure all members and guests have a positive golf experience at Muskoka Bay Resort.
- Ensure superior levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication with other departments
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Requires previous food and beverage experience at a property of similar size and quality.
- Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits and proper service techniques.
- Computer literate Re: P.O.S. systems, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent listening skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Be neat and professional in appearance.
- Approach responsibilities in an organized and energetic manner.
- Must have Smart Serve
