Farm Supervisor for our grain farm located in Rocky View County, Alberta.

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise farm activities and workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintain and repair farm machinery and equipment
• Operate heavy equipment for various farming tasks
• Irrigate crops and maintain garden areas
• Perform heavy lifting as needed
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for farm maintenance
• Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures as necessary

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
• Class 5 drivers license (class 1 or 3 licenses would be an asset)
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation
• Familiar with farm machinery and irrigation systems
• Able to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools
• Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping
