Business Development / Sales Representative - Facility Maintenance

ur ideal candidate is experienced and has some understanding or previous experience with facility maintenance services. You are hungry and able to articulate value propositions and present win-win solutions to clients and prospective clients. You must be able to work independently, and contribute to our team and organization. You are comfortable with some level of travel, and are available to work from our Milton, Ontario office.

As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate Sales Representative to contribute to our success story.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Attend national and regional conferences,  trade shows, and industry events within North America

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the facility maintenance industry
  • Bilingual in French is a bonus (we are a national company)
  • Strong understanding of facility maintenance services and solutions an asset
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
  • Available for some travel and attending industry events within North America.

  • Base salary range of $60-70k, un-capped commissions with expected end of year one compensation of approximately $100-110k
