Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working on residential projects
• Read blue prints, layout floor plans and shop drawings 
• Installing condominiums 
• Run a 3-6 man crew well completing tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Suite and shaft layout
• Day-to-day communication with PM's and other trades on site

Qualifications:

• Journeyman sheet metal certification
• Minimum 3 years experience in sheet metal industry
• Experience in a residential and commercial setting
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
