Senior Plumbing Service Technician

We’re looking for experienced Journeyman Service Plumbers to join us, and play a pivotal role in our journey!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Customer-Focused Service: Deliver outstanding service experiences by diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and professionally. Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide clear communication throughout each service call.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge in plumbing and hydronic heating systems to assess, repair, and maintain a range of plumbing issues in both residential and light commercial settings.
- Sales and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers on potential upgrades and additional services that enhance their home comfort and plumbing efficiency.
- Problem Solving & Diagnostics: Approach each job with a problem-solving mindset, using advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex plumbing issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document each service call, noting parts used, work completed, and recommendations for future services or improvements, in our CRM
- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with junior team members to mentor and share industry knowledge. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, coordinated service delivery.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for yourself and customers.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumbing TQ and valid license
- 5+ years of experience in service plumbing (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of the residential plumbing service industry, including common systems and equipment
- Hydronic heating experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Valid driver’s license
