As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, from managing communications to organizing files, all while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Handle general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for team members.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and clients, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
