We are the Maritimes’ only John Deere Dealership with 15  locations to serve you.

We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Junior Marketing Coordinator at our Summerside, PEI location. 

 

Purpose:

Works with the Social Media and Marketing & Events Coordinator to enhance the dealership image and brand in the market through the creation and posting of content across our brands’ social media platforms using a mix of photo & video, in addition to graphic templates.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and administration of marketing tactics (e.g. advertising, promotions, incentives, events, etc.) that reach targeted prospects
  • Monitoring market trends and may also utilize customer insight technologies such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications to gain deeper customer understanding
  • Customer experience process (e.g. customer focus groups, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.)
  • Planning and coordination of sales events, customer experience events, meetings, or focus groups including the documentation of best practices
  • Collaboration with internal resources and customer advocates to identify content opportunities
  • Creation, scheduling, and managing content for social media
  • Social media community management (responding to comments, client reviews, sharing posts, etc.)
  • Coordination of seasonal video/photo shoots
  • Design of marketing material for online and print campaigns
  • Conducting research into customer trends and behaviours
  • Showroom merchandising on occasion
  • Work on a variety of tasks simultaneously for or adjacent to the marketing team, depending on priorities

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years marketing experience
  • Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work well within a team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Canva, or other design software an asset.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license (travel between locations may be required)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Salary Range: $38,000/yr-$43,000/yr
