Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of technicians and their projects from start to finish

Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments

Requisition of materials and supplies

Resolve on site work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

Provide estimates and sales for new installations

Provide Training and assistance on job sites

Qualifications:

• Journeyman  certification 
• Class A or B gas fitting certification considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry an asset
• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license
• Red Seal/Certificate – Plumbing OR HVAC an asset
• Plumbing Sales Experience an asset
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
