Bilingual Auto Parts salesperson

We are a leading provider of new and used auto parts, specializing in truck parts. We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual Auto Parts Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about auto parts, customer-oriented, and ready to contribute to our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to expand our customer base.
• Utilize our part system to look up and recommend parts to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of auto parts and ability to learn our parts system.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

Assets:

• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience in cold calling and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Salary would be +/- $50,000 plus commission / bonus. 3 month probation followed by health and dental benefits.
