Experienced Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project changes, risks, and issues, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project team performance.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a construction related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
