Class 1 Truck Driver (Frac Sand Haul)

Location: Edmonton, AB  (10 Minutes West)

Our company is an independently-owned Alberta based transportation company operating throughout Western Canada. We have been serving the transportation, construction, petrochemical, agricultural, and forestry industries for over 40 years.

We are seeking experienced and reliable Class 1 drivers to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo
• Maintain compliant ELD logbooks
• Chain up when required
• Pass random and scheduled driver road tests
• Adhere to company Fit for Duty and Substance-Free Workplace policies

Qualifications

• 1+ years of demonstrated driver experience
• Valid Canadian Class 1 driver's license
• H2S Alive, First Aid and CSO desirable
• Current (Canadian jurisdiction’s) drivers abstract (within last 30 days)
• Clean pre-employment drug & alcohol test
• Proficiency in tie-down selection, use and inspection and all applicable standards
• Comfortable working in a competitive atmosphere where daily deadlines must be met

Salary/Benefits

• Salary range: $80K to $120k depending upon skillset, work ethic and experience

• Employment as a contractor or employee

Schedule

• Flexible work schedules available (expectation, minimum 3 weeks out)
• Edmonton, Sundre, Grand Prairie, Fort McMurray regions
• Sand Haul, Super B, Walking Floor, Vans
