We are a family-owned custom home builder that has been serving Northeast Wyoming since 1976. We specialize in high-quality rural home construction, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role focuses on framing, siding, trim, and custom woodwork for new home construction. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Compensation
$25-$35/hr
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: Optional
- No weekends
- Construct, install, and repair framing, siding, trim, and custom woodwork
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and quality standards
- Work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion
- 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential or custom home construction
- Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and general woodworking
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
