We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing and HVAC Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on plumbing and HVAC solutions to residential clients. We offer above industry standard wages up to $150,000 per year, full comprehensive benefits, company vehicle, and RRSP plan.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for plumbing and HVAC systems 
• Develop and present customized solutions and sales proposals to clients 
• Educate customers on various plumbing and HVAC products, services, and maintenance programs 
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets 
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions 
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry 
• Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems and technologies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing (asset) 

Skills and Abilities 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Proficiency in Service Titan and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships 
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills 
• Technical aptitude and willingness to continually learn about new products and technologies

• Competitive base salary plus commission (potential to earn $100,000 - $150,000+ annually)
