Position: Technical Sales – Dyno Experience

Location: Novi, MI

 

Overview:

We are currently looking for a customer facing, technically competent Sales Person to join our team.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales activity for all products
  • Solicit new business
    • Existing customer networking and relationship building
    • New Customer research and cold call (with Marketing & Promotion team)
    • Customer visits- travel 30-70% variable (scheduled by individual)
    • Trade show attendance
    • Trade organization participation
  • Quote/Proposal response
    • Pricing strategy based on market pressures
    • Support of written proposals; strategy and key concepts
  • Strategic Responsibilities
    • Pricing advice and suggestions
    • Product variation advice and suggestions
    • Market variation advice and suggestions
    • Competitor approach advice and suggestions
    • Trade show and market support documentation advice and suggestion

Requirements:

  • Experience in combustion engine development and test; specifically aerospace or heavy industry preferred
  • Experience with Contemporary tools (SalesForce, Zoho)
  • Experience in Capital Equipment, Engine Test Sales
  • Experience calling on Test Cell users or integrators
  • Experience in Sales, Forecasting
  • Experience in Technical Dyno Sales an asset
  • Experience in Dyno and Engine Test Cell Sales preferred
  • Experience in Dyno Technology is an asset

 

What we offer:

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 plus Benefits, Expenses, and Bonuses (Negotiable) and excellent work environment and great team of professionals.
