We are the Maritimes' only John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you.

We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Training Coordinator at our Moncton, NB location.

Responsibilities:

Works with the HR Manager to facilitate corporate training program through:

  • Management of technical, sales, and professional development training for company
  • Researching new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees
  • On-boarding of new hires, assigning them training materials related to their department and Health & Safety
  • Work with department managers to identify future training needs
  • Communicating with team members, trainers, and management to ensure all needs are met
  • Ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
  • Identifying performance gaps and working with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
  • Assessing training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of skills and techniques into employees work behavior
  • Provide direction to department managers in the coordination of development activities for employees
  • Tracking of costs associated with annual training

Requirements and Skills:

  • 1+ years in employee training and development, human resources, or relatable experience
  • Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management or equivalent experience required
  • Agricultural equipment knowledge considered an asset
  • Expert knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organization, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
