Customer Service/Accounts Representative

Cladify has evolved from almost 20 years of perfecting the art and science of cladding; first with stone, and now with a light weight, strong, and highly integrated, composite panel cladding system. COMPETENCIES

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following business development, communications, client relations and/customer service
  • Must be comfortable and confident in a client faced role
  • Must be able to create and deliver presentations
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, confident, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
  • Must be results-driven, and be effective working with a sales team and business development team
  • Must have a professional appearance, demeanor, and be well-groomed
  • Must be willing to invest time toward self-improvement in order to achieve and surpass goals
  • Must have a passion for the industry, sustainability, and solar energy

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn and master basic product and application knowledge for onsite, online presentations, inquiries
  • Help the Business Development Team  present our products to prospective clients and influencers – architects, developers, building owners, and corporations
  • Use a customer relationship management [CRM] system to keep track of all your business development and client activities
  • Provide periodic reports on client interactions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work on special projects to exceed the development of a growing company
  • Provide customer support and assistance to clients
  • Provide support to our Independent Sales Representatives externally and internally with project management including, registration and project proposals, etc
