We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our Antigonish, NS location.

Purpose:

Performs a full range of administrative support duties for dealership location.

Responsibilities:

• Receives telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to proper parties within the dealership

• Greeting customers as needed and directing them to proper area or staff

• Receives incoming mail and distributes to proper individuals

• Responsible for bank deposits, outgoing mail shipments, and general business-related errands

• Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at the location

• Assist the service department with scheduling of equipment and technicians, opening and closing work orders

• May act as relief for Parts department, assisting customers with parts inquiries as needed

• Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely results

Requirements and Skills:

• Solid clerical expertise
• Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment consider an asset
• General accounting knowledge
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
