Inventory Costing Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Costing Administrator to join our team to work out of our head office in Surrey, BC on 130th St.

If you have experience verifying purchase orders, converting quantities, and fact-checking, you have come to the right place!

Main Responsibilities

• Match supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO’s) and process for costing on a timely basis
• Verify quantities, pricing, special pricing programs including Buys and Rebates
• Adjust invoices for price and/or quantity variances
• Ability to convert units of measurement 
• Allocate freight and duty/brokerage costs
• Process inter-company stock transfers
• Analyze and respond to costing requirements from billing administrators

Education and Experience

• 3+ years costing experience in a multi-branch and multi-currency environment
• Experience working with vendors
• Knowledge of accounts payable cycle
• Proficiency in Excel and Office 365
• Experience working in high volume/transaction environment
• Basic math skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
