POSITION(s): Part-Time – Children’s Weekend Respite Direct Support Professionals

HOURS: Up to 16 hrs. (day time shifts) weekend rotations. Alternating Weekends with Flexibility to switch as required.

Please note that the hours listed are based on a “COVID Schedule” and will require additional hours Friday evenings and sleep shifts as the re-opening progresses.               

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening.
• A valid G driver's license and insurable by the agency’s insurance company or working towards G level license is mandatory
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and provide proof.  It is recommended that you have all Ministry of Health-recommended Covid-19 boosters/vaccinations. 
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to respond to individual needs and crisis situations in a calm, productive manner.
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Valid Standard First Aid, Level C & CPR.
• Bilingual in French is an asset
