The right candidate should be experienced in commercial and industrial construction and passionate about the construction industry. The ideal individual will also have experience with project management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders
• Conduct weekly meeting, prepare minutes and distribute to all stakeholders
• Be well-versed in the ICI construction industry.
• Responsible for tasks such as supervising, delegating, and training.
• Work closely with site managers and coordinators
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification is an asset
• 5+ years construction experience
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Familiar with project processes (change orders, Site instructions etc.)
• Proficient using Microsoft Office
• Basics of Supervision Training
• WHMIS Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Class G driver's license

Salary of $70,000 - $85,000/ Year
