STAFF MECHANICAL ENGINEER
We are seeking a Staff Mechanical Engineer with drive and dedication to help our company grow and realize new visions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
- Assessing the efficiency of technologies, instruments, and equipment.
- Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures, and equipment.
- Collaborating with the engineering team on prototype development.
- Utilizing software to perform efficient planning, designing, and development.
- Projecting timeframes of projects, as well as adhering to work schedules and deadlines.
- Performing quality control and resolving structural design and other issues throughout the implementation stages.
- Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data, as well as communicating progress on projects.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in our area of specialization.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years Engineering experience
- Experience using quality assurance tools and practices
- Excellent problem solving, statistical, and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills including expert proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as experience in performing Finite Element Analysis
- Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to apply safety standards and adhere to industry regulations.
- Experience in hydraulic design and implementation is an advantage.
