No matter what we have you covered, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and installation of all commercial and industrial Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, PLC & Refrigeration systems. We are currently seeking a Licensed Plumber/Retrofit Mechanical Installer to join our Construction Team. We have a rapidly growing customer base and offer an attractive work atmosphere.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to read drawings/specifications & preparing material lists
• Experience in mechanical rooms, laying out and installing various heating, cooling, air handling equipment
• Experience in equipment rigging and craning, safety
• Experience in pipe fitting and installation, welding, sweat, grooved, press etc
• Familiar with high voltage electrical and low voltage electrical/controls

•  Experience in commissioning newly installed equipment and diagnosing causes of HVAC equipment operation failures is an asset

• Provide accurate service reports upon completion of any work to ensure the customer and  administration staff are properly informed
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and/or their representatives well adhering all site specific health and safety regulations

Qualifications: 

• Valid G1 or a G2, License along with work experience installing related equipment for commercial, industrial and institutional clients

• G1 Licensed Technician or a G2 License holder with abundant equipment experience working with a G1 Technician
• Ability to read drawings/specifications & preparing material lists
• 306A mechanic trade certificate is an asset
• 5 Years experience preferred 

•  Proven strong diagnostic skills

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
