Equipment Operators/Applicators/Drivers - Agriculture

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Operate agricultural application equipment, such as loaders, skid steers, forklifts, etc.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Apply dry and liquid fertilizer and/or crop protection products.
• Complete required paperwork, driver’s logs, and daily inspections.
• Ensure application is made in a timely manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• High school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a driving abstract that represents a history of safe operation, as well as the ability to maintain insurability.
• Class DZ license preferred
• A strong mechanical aptitude with ability to problem solve.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read maps, and work orders, as well as follow specific delivery directions and instructions.
• Agriculture experience an asset.
• Professional applicator experience an asset.
