About Us:

We are North America’s Candidate Sourcing company. We are a one stop shop when it comes to our client’s hiring, recruitment and recruitment technology  needs, offering job posting distribution services, full recruiting and a software suite for applicant tracking and management.

About the Role:

You will be selling to businesses of all sizes locally, regionally, across he country and across North America

It will be your responsibility to introduce our suite of products and services to potential clients, understand their needs and propose the most appropriate solutions.

The majority of your sales will take place over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging and able to navigate different personalities, be quick on your feet and be a closer.

Working from your home office you will work independently to contact prospective clients and manage  accounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities. You will be supported by a Sales Manager and engage with your sales team at weekly team meetings to celebrate successes and formulate plans to overcome obstacles. 

Requirements:

Our sales team members come from many different backgrounds and there is no one perfect fit to be successful. Our ideal sales representatives will have:

• Previous sales experience
• Previously worked from your home office and shown self discipline to be at work each day on time.
• Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity
• Outgoing, personable attitude
• Enjoy helping people to solve problems. We are a solutions provider... We solve problems for our clients recruitment needs
• Previous experience in HR sales, Job Posting sales, Recruitment Sales or Advertising Sales is desirable 
• Must be good at working with computers.
• Previous experience using a CRM is highly desirable
• Must provide a late model computer with high speed internet and double monitors or a laptop plus a monitor.

We Offer:

High commission rates - 16-25% of Gross Sales. We are looking you to be doing $20,000 to $100,000 monthly in sales after 4 months. Performance based compensation. Get paid for what you sell.  NO CAP on earnings. If you have the ability to sell, you'll make more with us than anywhere else.

We offer excellent flexibility; You will be telecommuting from your own home. Make your own schedule but we need a minimum 24 hours weekly and really looking for 40 hours plus.! No restrictions on territory.
