Our growing organization is looking to fill the role of Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily  procedures of the restaurant. The ideal individual will have solid leadership skills and have the ability to make decisions when needed to deliver smooth operations, keep the team in check and provide continuous training  and  ensure excellent customers service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Head decision-maker in kitchen when overseeing high-end food distribution
  • Ability to lead a team and execute tasks efficiently
  • Deals with ordering of supplies and responsible for overseeing kitchen tasks
  • Ensures cleanliness of kitchen and adheres to safety reticulations 
  • Assisting team with ongoing training and guidance to help daily kitchen operations run smoothly 

 

Qualifications:

  •  2 years' experience Managing of busy restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good understanding of training a team
  •  Natural born leader 
  • Detail oriented
  • upbeat personality
