Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Recruitment Specialist to help us in this endeavour. We are planning to hire over 1,500 People by 2023-2024, and looking for Recruitment Specialists who can help us in this process.

COMPETENCIES

• A minimum of 2-years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter with the knowledge, experience and skills to lead and drive recruitment initiatives to completion

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full-cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, testing, and arranging interviews to the management of offers
• Create and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment process
• Use various sourcing methods and our applicant tracking system to develop interested and talented candidates
