Overview

We are looking for driven recruiters who know how to find the right people and get them hired. We provide the clients, applicant tracking systems, and job postings/advertising. We are partnered with hundreds of job boards and have access to large resume databases. 

Hours:  Flexible. This is results based role, but we typically expect 40 hours a week to meet client needs

Compensation

• Commission only.
  • Recruiter fill = 25% of billable amount
  • 360 recruiter fill (i.e. both the recruit and the sale) = 50% of billable amount
• Typically earn $5K - $15K+ per month

Responsibilities

• Create job postings and advertisements
• Search for candidates using job postings, resume databases, LinkedIn, and cold calling competing company's to find interested candidates looking to move
• Interview Candidates
• Provide reports for clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• LinkedIn Recruiter account
• Strong ability to be self motivated
